By accessing or using the Ethiora Net platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Ethiora Net provides cloud hosting, SaaS solutions, managed infrastructure, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All fees for our services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your registered payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to engage in denial-of-service attacks, or to violate the rights of any third party. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.
Ethiora Net guarantees a 99.9% monthly uptime for all managed hosting services. In the event of downtime below this threshold, customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ethiora Net and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Ethiora Net, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
